1. Services Provided

AllCustomerService.com (“Company,” “we,” “us”) specializes in outbound sales calls on behalf of client brands (“Clients”). Our services include:

1.1 Outbound sales calls using phone data provided by the Client.

1.2 Generation of revenue for Clients through targeted outbound sales efforts.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

2.1 Monthly Subscription Fee: Clients will be charged a flat rate of $199 per month for access to our services. This amount will be billed once a month.

2.2 Per-Call Fee: Clients will be charged $1 per outbound call made using phone data provided by them.

2.3 Revenue Share: A 10% fee will be charged on the revenue generated directly through our outbound sales efforts.

2.4 Payment Terms:

The Monthly Subscription Fee will be billed once per month.

Fees for outbound calls and revenue share will be billed weekly and have a net 7-day due date from the date of invoice.

Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Payments must be made through approved methods as outlined in the invoice.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Phone Data Provision: Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date phone data for outbound calls.

3.2 Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring the phone data provided complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and telemarketing laws.

3.3 Cooperation: Clients agree to cooperate with AllCustomerService.com to facilitate the provision of services, including responding promptly to requests for information.

4. Service Terms

4.1 No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results or revenue amounts.

4.2 Modifications to Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time, with notice provided to Clients.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their subscription by providing written notice at least 15 days prior to the end of their current billing cycle.

5.2 Termination by Company: We may terminate services at any time for violations of these Terms or failure to make timely payments.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, systems, and proprietary processes, remains the sole property of AllCustomerService.com. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely for their intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllCustomerService.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllCustomerService.com, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of phone data or any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution
